Requirements to Reserve a Town Park or Facility
Fill out the forms below and send to Recreation Director, Kathleen Rooney-Metcalf HERE. Please note: Reservations are for Tuxedo residents only.

2. Facility Use Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement
Insurance policies for your event can be purchased through One Day Event, K and K Insurance, Eventsured, or contact your Homeowner's Insurance. The Town of Tuxedo must be listed as "additional insured" with limit of $1,000,000.00.
