Learn about the proposed Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Law

This law will allow the Town Board to consider next steps toward adoption of a CCA program for Tuxedo residents.
What is CCA?
CCA is “bulk-buying” program for supply of electricity.
Orange & Rockland would remain our electricity delivery provider.
