ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE

Effective April 15, 2013, County Route 106 (a/k/a Kanawauke Road) will be closed to through traffic through October 31, 2013. The Orange County DPW has contracted for the following work to be performed during this period: Guiderail replacement, pavement resurfacing, reconstruction of the pavement edge, correction of the pavement cross slope and super-elevation, geosynthetic retaining walls, drainage rehabilitation, culvert extensions, pavement markings and signs.

Historic Tuxedo is located in the beautiful Ramapo Mountains in Orange County. It is home to two state parks - Harriman and Sterling Forest - about 3,400 residents, and 70 small businesses.
