Meets at the Tuxedo Town Hall on Grievance Day, the fourth Tuesday in May (in 2007, this date is May 22, 2007), from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and then from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., to hear and examine complaints in relation to assessments.   A booklet entitled “How to File for a Review of your Assessment” along with New York State Form RP-524, “Complaint on Real Property Assessment,” will be available in the office of the Town Clerk from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and can be accessed at www.orps.state.ny.us and at http://www.orps.state.ny.us/ref/forms/pdf/rp524.pdf , respectively.

Additional days and hours are scheduled when needed.
